Our Fees - Terms & Conditions
Standard charges - Inventories & Re Checks:
• 10% + vat of monthly rent within Aberdeen city
• 11% + vat of monthly rent out with 5miles of city centre
• Minimum charge £50.00 plus vat
Repairing Standard Check:
• 5% + vat of monthly rent if carried out at the same time as an inventory
• 10% + vat of monthly rent for a stand alone service
Payments
• Payment terms 30 days from date of invoice
• BACS transfer – details on request
• By Cheque by arrangement
